How much does a Buyer's Agent Cost?

Buyer’s agents often offer different service tiers with varying fees.


At Brightside, we prefer to keep things simple.


We offer one full-service model, supporting you from the early stages of your property search right through to securing the right home or investment. This includes strategy, suburb and property research, inspections, due diligence, negotiation, and auction representation where required.


Brightside Buyers does not accept commissions from selling agents or developers. Our only priority is representing you as the buyer. Most clients start with a simple conversation to see whether working together would be helpful.

When you are making one of the biggest financial decisions of your life, having the right guidance and representation on your side can make a significant difference to both the outcome and the experience.

  • Your Investment

    For most purchases, the investment to work with Brightside is:


    $15,000 (including GST)


    The fee is structured in two stages:


    • 50% on engagement, when we begin working together

    • 50% on unconditional exchange of contracts, once the property has been successfully secured


    For higher-value purchases, some clients choose a percentage-based structure instead.
